We are two girls in passionate pursuit of a humble goal–opening a noodle shop. What we want to do is to feed people the full-flavored Asian comfort food we love ourselves. How we want to do it is to make them in traditional methods with as much fresh, seasonal and high quality American ingredients as possible.
Now, when we want to open is the question. There are many things we need to learn and prepare. So far it’s shaping out to be a delicious journey as we test recipes and do research (among other things, we go eat a lot of noodles) and we want to share it with you.
